Browsing forward through records on a single-record form

  1. Access the appropriate application form.
  2. Specify or select values for the minimum number of key fields. For browsing, you are not required to specify values in all key fields. Usually, you specify a value in only the first key field, but sometimes you must specify values in all but the last key field, for example, the first two of three key fields. For more information, see Selecting Values for Key Fields.
  3. Click Next.
Note: If there is more than one key, you might be required to change the value for the next to last key field to continue browsing.
  4. Continue clicking Next to move forward through the records.

When there are no more records to view, the status bar displays a message to that effect.
