Wizard Designer sessions

When you start a new wizard or open an existing one, you will be on the Wizard Designer design form. Double-click on a tool (step, branch or wizard) to activate it. Adjust properties for the step as required. The sections that follow are step-by-step examples of how to create a wizard.

When you are finished making specifications for the wizard, select Save from the File menu. The wizard is automatically saved, and you are prompted to save the form. Even though you have technically not changed the original Lawson form, saving it attaches the new wizard to the form. You will be prompted to save (re-attach) the form any time you make changes to the wizard. The XML definition of the wizard is stored in the folder: LAWDIR/ persistdata/lawson/portal/content/wizards.
