Specifying a criteria statement for a Data call

On the data selection form, you can create a set of criteria that is used for record selection.

To specify criteria, make selections for these options:

• Field: Select the field from the query that this criterion applies to.

• Operator: Select an operator, such as, equals, greater than, less than.

• Literal or User Variable: Select whether the criterion searches for a literal value or uses the user environment variables that took effect at log-in.

Click Add when you are ready to add the criterion. Add other criteria as required.
