Installing Design Studio on the Infor Lawson Server

The location of Design Studio files depends on your configuration. Review the following scenarios carefully to ensure that you install components on the appropriate machines.

• The Design Studio Core component is installed on the Infor Lawson server.

• The Design Studio Web component is installed on the web server.

You must run the installation program twice: once to install the Design Studio Core component and once to install the Design Studio Web component.

If your web server is on a remote machine, you should install Design Studio on the Infor Lawson server first, and then copy the Design Studio installation program to the web server machine.
