To choose fields in related tables
- Choose a file from the Product Lines/System Codes/Files column and click Relations.
           
A list of related tables appears. Double-click a related table to display related fields.
 - There are two ways to choose related fields for the query:

To select one field, double-click it or drag it to the Selected Fields list.
 - 
              
To select multiple fields, click the fields you want, and then drag one of the fields to the Selected Fields column. All selected fields move as you drag.

To remove a field from the Selected Fields list, select it and click Remove Selected Field.

 - Click Done. The Related Tables window closes. The related fields that you selected are displayed in the Selected Fields list.
 - Click Next to proceed to the Column Headings tab.
