The Query Wizard Window

When you install the Infor Lawson Add-ins application, the Infor Lawson button shows on the Add-ins tab. To launch the Query Wizard, select the Infor Lawson button, and then choose Infor Lawson Query Wizard. After you log in to the Infor Lawson system, the Query Wizard screen will be displayed.

The Query Wizard Toolbar

The Query Wizard toolbar contains these buttons:

Button	Name	Description
	Open	Opens a previously saved query. Note that this button does not open an Excel worksheet.
	Save Query As..	Saves a query that you want to use later. Note that this button does not save an Excel worksheet.
	View String	Displays the Data (DME) or Transaction (AGS) string created for the open query. Note that all Add-ins queries are saved with a .dme file extension.
	Set User Preferences	Allows you to set the server timeout interval and select an action when encountering an application error.
	View version and system information	Displays the Infor Lawson Add-ins version number, LSF server name and version where the user is connected to, and the permitted actions assigned to the current user. This also allows you to clear the Infor Lawson login. If you want to log in as a different user, or login to a different server, you must use the Log Out button.
