metadumpelm is a utility that reads all of the element definitions in GEN and creates a single text dump file. The metadumpelm tool creates a text dump file called ELEMENTS.elm.

metadumpelm creates the dump file, ELEMENTS.elm, in the current working directory. It then writes information to the dump file according to ELM Dump File Format.
