jobprmrpt - Job Parameter Report

Print a report of the job parameters by data area or data ID, user, form, or job name. By default, running this utility creates one report file. However, you can choose to create separate reports, one for each user's jobs. The names of the report files will be prefixed with the user names plus an optional additional prefix.

To access the Job Parameter Report utility

  1. In a Lawson Interface Desktop (LID) session, use Form Transfer (F8).

  2. On Form Transfer, specify jobprmrpt in the Form ID field. Click the OK button or press Enter.

To create separate reports for each user's jobs

  1. After accessing the Job Parameter Report utility, move the cursor to the Sort Order field and press Select (F4).

  2. Select By User Name - Separate Files.

  3. To add a prefix the separate file names, press Send (F8), select Form, and then enter the prefix in the File Name Prefix field.
