Clearing the browser cache for Internet Explorer 11

  1. On the Delete Browsing History dialog box, clear the check box for Preserve Favorites website data.
  2. Select the check box for Temporary Internet files and website files.
  3. Select the check box for Cookies and website data.
  4. Click Delete.
