Retaining the Lawson-delivered default role file for most users

The "PortalRole" attribute is populated by default with the role file default.xml. You can retain this value for some or all of your users, and depending on your situation, you might want to do so.

However, default.xml delivers wide-open access to Lawson Portal and cannot be altered through Role Manager. Many administrators would not want to use it for a default.

The way to change the default role is to create a new role file (using Role Manager), configure it with the values that most users should have, and then make it the default.
