Enable the field key for translation

  1. Launch the Infor Lawson Interface Desktop (LID) and access the Key Number Definition utility (kndef).
  2. Navigate to the Hrkentry.
  3. Press tab until the cursor reaches the Translate Data column next to Hrk, and then type in Yes.

  4. Keep pressing Enter until you exit the application.
  5. In Windows Explorer or your shell, navigate to the $LAWDIR/system/ser/productLine directory.
  6. Delete all files inside the directory.
    Note: The contents of this directory can be regenerated, if necessary.
  7. Open a Lawson Portal session and issue an IOS cache refresh command.
