To delete a distribution list group

  1. Access the Distribution List Group Definition (dstlstgrpdef):
    1. In a Lawson Interface Desktop (LID) session, use Form Transfer (F8).
    2. In the Form ID field on the Form Transfer form, type dstlstgrpdef and click the OK button or press Enter.
  2. In the header area of the Distribution List Group Definition form, highlight the Distribution List Group to delete.
  3. Press Delete (F9). The following options occur:

    • If the distribution list group is assigned to a user, you will be prompted to assign a replacement distribution list group. You can choose not to assign a replacement, and leave the field blank.

    • If you use Mark and Bound to delete a number of distribution list groups, the system prompts you for a replacement distribution list group for each group, if each is in use.

  4. Press Enter twice.
