Displaying Information about a Print File

Use this procedure to view information about a print file. You can display information about a print file, including job owner, job name, form ID, product line, program code, file name, path name, distribution group, job originator, and the date the print file was created. The Print File Information window also displays file attribute information, including the character count, line count, and page count.

To display print file information

  1. On the Print Manager form, highlight the desired print file and click the Drill Around button.

    The Print File Information window displays with information about the selected print file.

  2. Click OK (green check mark) to return to the Print Manager form.
