U@GETDATELIT2
U@GETDATELIT2 converts the date in E@DRFRDATE to the date format of the user's locale. In this display format, the month name is substituted for the number of the month. This routine can be useful to format dates in messages since the formatting of dates in messages is not done as part of the formatting of other screen elements.
