Using a Key Field More Than Once

Each database key field has a corresponding D@ field. However, if the same key field appears in more than one file definition, there is only one D@ field used for these key fields when accessing the files. For example, COMPANY is a key field used in many files, but D@CMPNY is defined only once in working storage.
