$STDHDR

The $STDHDR command defines the group as a standard header. A standard header prints at the beginning of every page.

You cannot use the following commands in a $STDHDR group:

• $PGBRK

• $LINECNT

• $LEVEL

• $DELAY

• $TOTOFGRP
