Drill Around Definitions

Drill Around capability is available to reports when the report output is sent to the screen from the Print Manager. The information available is defined in the detail section of the report.
The $DETAIL/$ENDDTL command pair defines the beginning and ending of the Drill Around (detail) definitions section. Fields defined here have detail information available when the report displays in Print Manager. When a key number is assigned to a field in the detail section, all Drill Around definitions that normally work with that key number are available to the field.
A detail definition consists of the following items in a fixed columnar format. Columns not listed are blank.

Name Required. The report field name a key number is being assigned to. This must be a field defined in the $FIELDS section of the current $GROUP. |

Key Number Required. The key number being assigned to the report field. This must be a valid key number defined in key number and System Key Number Definition. The Drill Around definitions for this key number in the Active Object Repository are active for this report field. |

Form ID Optional. The form ID invoked when the Detail key is selected from this report field. This overrides the Drill Around definition for this key number for this report field. |

PFC (Pass Action) Optional. The action to pass to and perform in the form ID invoked for this report field. Valid only if the form ID is not blank. |

DFC (Display Action) Optional. The action to display in the form ID invoked for this report field. Valid only if the form ID is not blank. |
