To define an index condition

  1. In the Condition Name field on the Index Definition form, press Define (F6).

    To change a condition, in the Condition Name field, type or select the desired condition name and press Define (F6).

  2. In the Index Records subform, define the condition. For more information, see Defining Conditions.
