Verify the cache refresh

Open the $LAWDIR/system/ios.log file and search for "Remote refresh complete" messages.
Note: You should see a message for each application server in the cluster.

For example, if you have three servers in your cluster, you'll see the "Remote refresh complete" message three times in the ios.log.

If you don't see this message then the remote refresh didn't work. The "Sending remote refresh" message does not indicate a successful refresh on any server in the cluster. Check the SystemOut.log files for error messages.
