Reinstall EAR files

Use the commands to uninstall and reinstall EAR files.

  1. To set your Lawson environment variables and path, execute a CALL LAWENV command. At the OS/400 command prompt, specify:

    CALL LAWENV LawsonEnvironmentName

  2. Run this command to set the environment variable WAS_HOME:

    export WAS_HOME=

    For example, export WAS_HOME=/QIBM/UserData/WebSphere/AppServer/V85/ND

  3. Navigate to the directory where the script is located. At the command prompt, specify:

    cd $GENDIR/install/websphere/deploy

  4. Run one of these commands:

    Reinstall a single product

    perl deployEarUtil.pl -ta reinstall -pr LSFProduct

    For example:

    perl deployEarUtil.pl -ta reinstall -pr IOS

    Reinstall all products

    perl deployEarUtil.pl -ta reinstall -pr All
