Remove WebSphere license usage limits

Use the WRKLICINF command 'Change' function (option 2) to set the 'Usage limit' to *NOMAX.

Use *NOMAX as the value for Usage Limit (USGLMT) for your WebSphere Application Server ND product used with Lawson. IBM allows Lawson Core Technology users a restricted WebSphere Application Server ND license for use with Lawson products only.
