Create user identities for the Infor System Console and the Infor Lawson System Mobile Monitor

For each user of the Infor System Console, you need to add an identity for the user for the Infor System Console service.

Log in to the Lawson Security Administrator.
Click User Management.
For completely new users, click New User to access the new user wizard to create a new user record. When creating identities for the new users, create identities for the lsmm service and the SSOP service. The user name and passwords for these identities should match.

Note:
If you use LDAPBIND, do not enter a password as part of the identity credentials. The user names for the identities should still match, however.
For existing users (such as the lawson user or others who already have an SSOP identity), click User Maintenance, perform a search for the user, right-click on the user, select Manage Identities, select the lsfmm service, enter the identity credentials, and then select Edit > Add. The user name and passwords for each user's SSOP and lsmm service identities should match.
