System Requirements

The following software and hardware requirements must be met before you install these products.

Information about supported versions of products is included in this document as a convenience. Product support might have changed since this document was published. For the most up-to-date information, consult the Compatibility Matrix on the Infor Concierge.

Infor Lawson System Foundation Requirements

Infor Lawson System Foundation	10.0.9.x or above
All other Infor Lawson System Foundation required components	See the Infor Lawson Core Technology Installation Guide for your version of Infor Lawson System Foundation.	For such required components as the web server, application server, LDAP server, and database server, the Infor System Console should be installed with the same version as you are using for your Infor Lawson System Foundation system.

Infor System Console Requirements

XWindows	Any XWindows that supports your version of the Java SDK, such as Cygwin	XWindows is required to run the installation program in GUI mode.
Web browser	Refer to the Infor Software – Compatibility Matrix for Infor Lawson Products document available on the Infor Concierge for supported browsers and versions.
LDAP browser	Any LDAP browser	Infor recommends that you have an LDAP browser installed to connect to the LDAP for verification purposes.
Infor Landmark Technology	11.0.1, CU22 or above	If you plan to use the Infor System Console to monitor the Infor Process Automation queues, you must have Infor Process Automation installed with a Landmark system of release 11.0.1, CU22 or abpve.
Infor Lawson Interface Desktop (LID)	10.0.x (latest available version)	Provides a command line interface to the Infor Lawson system. Used for initial system setup and verification.
Lawson Security Administrator	10.0.x (latest available version)	Provides an interface to the Lawson Security system for security setup. Used for initial setup and verification.
Resource Management Administrator	10.0.x (latest available version)	Provides an interface for Lawson Security system for resource setup. Used for initial setup and verification.
RDBMS	All supported RDBMS versions that are supported by your Infor Lawson System Foundation version, with the exception of IBM DB2 for z/OS.	This is needed for the Alerts and Notifications feature of the Infor System Console (unless you use the Derby database). See Use of an RDBMS with the Infor System Console.
Derby	10.10.2.0	This is needed for the Alerts and Notifications feature of the Infor System Console (unless you use an RDBMS). See Installing the Derby Database.
Twilio		The Twilio SMS (Messaging) package is required for SMS notification of alerts. The Infor System Console will prompt you for the account SID, auth token, and from phone number associated with your Twilio account. See www.twilio.com.

Infor Lawson System Mobile Monitor Requirements
