Configuring CPU and Memory Data Collection

Note: The CollectData alert to which this procedure applies is not available on IBM i systems.

This procedure enables you to turn data collection on and off for the CPU and memory historical diagnostic graphs, and to set the frequency for data collection for these graphs.

  1. From the navigation bar of Infor System Console, click Alerts & Notifications, and then select the Alerts tab.
  2. From the Alerts tab, click the Drill Down button next to the CollectData alert name.
  3. Select a status of ON or OFF, depending on whether you want data collection to occur or not for the CPU and memory diagnostic historical graphs.
  4. Select the frequency with which you want data collection to occur for the CPU and memory diagnostic historical graphs.
  5. Click OK to save your changes.
