Network Diagnostics

Use Network Diagnostics to test the network connectivity. Specify the FQDN or IP address of a system for which you want to perform these actions:

Utility tool	Description
Ping	Performs a system communication test. Enabled by default; clear the Ping check box to disable it.
NSLookup	Use this to obtain the domain name or IP address. NSLookup is enabled by default; clear the NSLookup check box to disable it.
Trace Route	Use this to track the source path and view verbose logging of the communication process. Select the Trace Route check box to enable it.
