You can use the ISC System menu to view and control Infor Lawson services, including stopping and starting.
From the ISC navigation bar, click System > Services. Services display on the home page.
You can review the status of a service. Icons on the far right of the row with the service name identify a service status. Status types include:
Stopped: Exclamation point inside a red circle
Running: Checkmark inside a green circle
Error: Exclamation point inside an orange triangle. This message can mean that a connection failed or another type of error occurred. Check the log files. The message can also mean that a JVM was not found; in this case, check configurations.
Partial: A circular dotted arrow. A service is partially started. This could be a normal message if the system is in the process of starting. It could also indicate problem such as a paused or hung service.
If the service is available for selecting, you can use the options on the menu bar above the list of services to perform a Restart, Start or Stop on the service.
To refresh the services list, click Refresh on the menu bar above the list of services.
