Updating the entry
After you have located the entry you want to change, you can change the actual data that resides in Resource Management.
To change records individually, right-click the entry to open a menu of options. The options vary depending on the type of entry you are updating.
If you are updating users, the options are:

Edit RM Information: This option is for updating the user entry.
 - 
           
Manage Identities: This option lets you change identity information (including password) for the user.
 - 
           
Edit Lawson Environment Information. This option lets you change information on Environment groups.
 - 
           
Delete User: Delete the user and all its identities.
 
If you are updating a group or role entry, the options are:
- 
           
Edit: This option lets you change attributes for the role or group
 - 
           
Delete: Select if you want to delete the group or role.
 - 
           
View All Resources: See all the resources who have been assigned the group or role. This would include users (people resources) but also other kinds of resources.
 - 
           
View People Resources: See all the users who have been assigned the group or role.
