Defining the Security Class Report

This procedure describes how to define the Security Class Report which lists all security classes that belong to selected profiles (or all profiles).

This procedure assumes you want to create a new report definition.

To run the Security Class Report

  1. From the Lawson Security Administrator main menu, select Reports and then select Report Maintenance.
  2. From the Report Maintenance console, select New Report.
  3. From the New Report dialog box, select Security Class Report.

  4. Type a name for the report. The name can be up to 30 characters.
  5. To select specific profiles to appear in the report, click to select a single profile or Ctrl-click to select multiple profiles.

    To select all profiles, do not make any selections.

  6. Click OK.

    Your report definition has been created and you are now ready to run it.
