Navigation pane
You can choose the items to work with using the Navigation pane. You can also collapse this pane for more content viewing space. To open or collapse the Navigation pane, click the Menu icon. The next time the Lawson Portal is opened, the expanded sections within the Navigation pane automatically reopen down to two levels deep.
This table shows the available options when using Lawson Portal:
| Option | Description |

| General | This pane is used to change the password, configure the behavior of Lawson Portal, and change the content on the home page. |
| Favorites | This pane shows the forms and URLs that users can add to their workspace. Users can find this pane on the navigation pane and on the home page when they launch Lawson Portal. |
| Frequent | This pane shows the forms that users visit most often. Users can find this pane on the navigation pane and on the home page when they launch Lawson Portal. |
| Recent | This pane shows the forms that users most recently visited. Users can find this pane on the navigation pane and on the home page when they launch Lawson Portal. |
If you have more than 10 recent or frequent forms, a new button is displayed in the respective widget so you can control how many forms are displayed.
You can select from these options:

Click to display up to 10 forms.

- Show more

Click to display up to 50 forms.
Note: Depending on how your system is configured, some items may not show
on your screen.
