To choose fields in related tables

  1. Choose a file from the Product Lines/System Codes/Files column and click Relations.

    A list of related tables appears. Double-click a related table to display related fields.

  2. There are two ways to choose related fields for the query:
    • To select one field, double-click it or drag it to the Selected Fields list.

    • To select multiple fields, click the fields you want, and then drag one of the fields to the Selected Fields column. All selected fields move as you drag.

    • To remove a field from the Selected Fields list, select it and click Remove Selected Field.

  3. Click Done. The Related Tables window closes. The related fields that you selected are displayed in the Selected Fields list.
  4. Click Next to proceed to the Column Headings tab.
