Creating bookmark groups

Setting up groups of users for assigning bookmarks (rather than signing bookmarks to individual users) can save time especially in a large installation with many users.

All Lawson groups, including those you use for assigning bookmarks, are created in Resource Management. Typically, a security administrator creates groups of all kinds; an administrator assigns bookmarks to groups.

A bookmark group must exist in Resource Management before you can assign users to it.
