Modifying an existing Printer Group

  1. On the Printer Group Definition form, select a Printer Group name from the list.
  2. Modify the Description.
    Note: Printer Group name is not editable.
  3. Select any Member Type and Member Name to add, and then click Add Member.
  4. To delete a member, click Remove to remove the selected printer or group from the Members list.
  5. Click Save from the toolbar.
