Tax Reporting

This table shows the options to set up Configuration, Defaults and Master data for Spain Tax Reporting:

Option Notes
Default Code - SII Facturas Emitidas Use this option to display either BillToParty or CustomerParty on your invoice.
Default Code - SII Facturas Recibidas Use this option to select a default value if the Special Regime Key is not provided. Use this as the fallback for all domestic purchase invoices.
Sii Asset Acquisition See Sii Asset Acquisition. This option is available to Sii only.
Sii Cash Settlement See Sii Cash Settlement. This option is available to Sii only.
Sii Default Code Setup Use this option to set up invoice and transaction defaults as well as the default exemption reason code.
Sii Intracommunity Sii Intracommunity is a register of Sii Intracommunity operations. Use this register to record documents for companies that move goods from another EU member state to Spain for processing, and then return the goods to the originating member state. The goods must not remain in Spain for more than 24 months.

Documents that affect the transfer of goods and services with EU member states are registered as Sales or Purchase Invoices.
