Document Inquiry
The document inquiry displays tenant-level logs for all the activities created when communicating directly with third party web services, and not through ION. This is accessed by selecting , then select Direction, Outbound to display documents sent from LSP and Inbound to display documents received by LSP.
You can use additional filters such as Status and Date/Time Range to limit the results.
