Enabling User Control modules

Prerequisites:

IDM modules : Active Web Services Gateway and File Server Setup are configured.
Supplementary Data modules : XSLT file is uploaded in each service configuration.

Use this form to control post-generation processes. You can use LSP to store documents in IDM for both outgoing and incoming processes, retrieve documents from IDM, and attach them to LSP-generated outputs. You can also include supplementary data in the output by using XSLT.

Note: The availability of the modules depends on each service. See the chapter of each service.

From the Service tab, select a service from the list then click OUTPUT FILE TYPE SETTINGS.
In the Output File Types window, select an output then click Settings.
In the User Control Modules window, these options are available:
IDMOutbound
- Activate this to store documents to IDM
- Store the documents in a zip
IDMInbound

Enable this option to store response files to IDM. You can store these responses in a zip.

IDMRetrieve

Prerequisite: Document Type setup
Click the link in document type, then search for the document type required to retrieve documents from IDM. Click Save.

Enable this option to retrieve documents from IDM and attach them to LSP-generated outputs. You can still submit the output if the attachment is not found.

Note:
Ensure that the Document Type to be imported into LSP is in IDM.

If this module is set to required, all documents with lcl.IDMRetrieveParams in the BOD attempts to retrieve the document from IDM. If the document is not found, the status is set to Pending. The system automatically retries document retrieval upon document recovery. You can bypass this process on the Service Page by selecting Cancel Submission, Submit with PDF, or Submit without PDF. Submission buttons are available 10 minutes after the status changing to Pending to avoid duplicate submissions.

Note: The additional attachment embedded in the output is not available on the LSP Service page. If you require copies of the final output, enable IDM outbound and activate the option to submit documents with attachments to IDM.

SupplementaryData

Enable this option to transform the output using XSLT.
Note: The transformed output will not be available in the LSP service page. If you must view the final output, enable the IDM Outbound option for LSP to submit the transformed output to IDM.

SupplementaryDataTransformation

Enable this option to add the supplementary data block in the output.

Signer

Note: This module is limited to Malaysia Tax Reporting.

To enable signature inclusion when you use extensibility or supplementary data transformation, you must also enable this module.

For LSP Direct Usage, enable this option so that LSP can include the signature in your output before sending the message to the appropriate authority.
Click Save.
