Text maintenance

Use Text Maintenance to add additional text from your ERP into certain elements in the Notes blocks of the output message. Notes can be published at header or line level.

This table shows the options available for Italy SDI Reporting:

Option Notes
Output Type Select the proprietary format requiring the additional information.
Output Element Select the element in the proprietary format where you must add the additional text:
  • DatiGeneraliDocumento/Causale: Add explanatory notes at the header level.
  • DettaglioLinee/Descrizione: Describe the product or service at the line level.
  • DettaglioLinee/AltriDatiGestionali: Specify additional details or specific information about the product or service at the line level. Map each piece of information to its corresponding element, based on the data type.
Note: When you use the DettaglioLinee/AltriDatiGestionali option, specify the data in the BOD Note element using a specific format, with each value separated by a semicolon (;). The system maps each entry to the corresponding element within the AltriDatiGestionali block, based on its structure and content:
  • AltriDatiGestionali/TipoDato: The first value, before the first semicolon, always maps to this element.
  • AltriDatiGestionali/RiferimentoTesto: Map text or alphanumeric values to this element.
  • AltriDatiGestionali/RiferimentoNumero: Map numeric values to this element.
  • AltriDatiGestionali/RiferimentoData: Map dates in either YYYY-MM-DD or DD/MM/YYYY format to this element.

Note Level Select the notes block that contains the additional information in the Sync Invoice BOD.
Note: Configure the Multiple Note Elements in Default Code to create multiple blocks.
Note Type Specify the note type element in the notes block of the sync.invoice BOD. This is required if you must publish different types of text from your ERP.
Language Specify the language in the sync.invoice BOD. This is required if the note in the BOD must be published in multiple languages.
Priority Specify the order in which the additional text should be displayed in the output.
