ANAF e-Factura	2.1

The ANAF manages Romania’s eFactura system, which mandates that businesses issue electronic invoices in a structured XML format. This format facilitates automated transmission, receipt, and processing. These invoices must comply with the European Standard EN 16931, national rules (RO_CIUS), and the terms of use for the RO e-Invoice system.

Invoices and credit notes must follow the latest European and national standards and are created using a simple XML structure based on the UBL 2.1 format.
