Sending invoices to Cygnet

As part of this solution, you can connect LSP with Cygnet using an Enriched account. You can send Cygnet GSP eInvoice details generated in LSP through the Web Services Gateway.

Note: To communicate with Cygnet, you must provide these details:
  • Username
  • Password
  • Client-ID
  • Client-Secret

Client-ID and Client-Secret can be the same, but username and password must be unique.

To improve the performance of this service, a background task, LCSXCConnectorProcessEssentialMethods, automatically renews the token for every Accounting Entity and active default invoice setup. This allows invoices to run without the continuous requirement to update the token.

The default setting of this task runs every 355 minutes. You can configure the settings in the Web Services Gateway.
