File Server Setup

Prerequisite: Setup in Connecting to Infor Document Management. This is automatically setup in cloud environments.

Use this form to establish connection between LSP and IDM by selecting the user that has write access to IDM.

  1. From the accordion panel on the left, click Administration > Connectivity > File Server Setup.
  2. Select server name: IdmFileServer
  3. In Set Single IDM User Name/ID, specify the appropriate user.
  4. Click Save and Activate.
  5. Click OK.
