In the accordion panel on the left, click .

Select Mexico from the Accounting Entity list, then click
.

To add a record:

Click the upper ADD button.

Specify this information:
- Customer ID
- Specify the customer
ID.
- Addenda Name and
Version
- Select a name and version from the drop-down list. For
PEPSICO, specify AddendaPCO 2.0 as
Addenda name and version.

Click SAVE.
The new record is added to the Addenda
Maintenance list.

To modify the details of a record:
Note: You cannot modify a record if with an existing value in
the Addenda Maintenance form.

Select a line item from the Addenda Maintenance list
and click the upper MODIFY
button.

Select an Addenda Name and
Version from the drop-down list.

Click SAVE.

To delete a record, select a line item from the Addenda
Maintenance list and click the upper DELETE button. Click SAVE.
The record is deleted from the Addenda Maintenance list.
Note: You cannot delete a record if with an existing value in the
Addenda Maintenance form.
