This form shows you a list of all generated files together with their current status:

Column name Description
Period Date the eTransport document is issued.
Shipment ID The Company’s eTransport document number.
Location Location of the Company.
Customer ID ID of the Customer.
Customer Name Name of the Customer.
RegistrationID DespatchID generated from the response file from 3rd Party.
3rd Party Number UUID generated from the response file from 3rd Party.

If not using 3rd party, this is the number in sequence generated from LSP.
Status You can manually change the shipment status from Registered to Canceled or Rejected, by clicking Registered and changing it accordingly.
Note: 
  • This option is available if the LSP Webservices Gateway has been set up.
  • If the document is manually updated to Canceled, it cannot be resubmitted. You must create and republish a new Document for submission.
  • You can replace and republish the file if the document is manually updated to Rejected. Intecon creates a new 3rdParty Number and Registration ID after resubmission.
