In Turkey, the Despatch document is in XML file using the simplified format of TR – UBL DespatchAdvice provided by Intecon.

The submission process is through the Özel Entegrasyon Yöntemi Elektronik Başvurusu (Special Integration Method Electronic Application). A third-party called Intecon acts as a special/private integrator handling the e-Despatch utilization on behalf of the end user company to send and receive the e-Despatch to/from GIB.

Connection to Intecon is available through the ION API Tax Connector.
