Setting the Addenda details
You must set the Addenda name, version, and
user-defined fields first before performing this task. For more information, see Addenda Maintenance Setup and Setting up the user-defined fields for Addenda.
- In the accordion panel on the left, click Settings.
- Select Mexico from the Accounting Entity list, then click Addenda Maintenance.

To add a record:
- Select a line item from the Addenda Maintenance list and click the lower ADD button.

Specify this information:
- Details
- Select the Addenda details from the drop-down list.
- Value
- Specify the value.

Click SAVE.
The new record is added to the Addenda Details list.

To modify the details of a record:
Note: You cannot modify a record if with an existing value in the Addenda Maintenance form.
- Select a line item from the Addenda Maintenance list.
- Select a line item from the Addenda Details list and click the lower MODIFY button.

Specify this information:
- Details
- Select the Addenda details from the drop-down list.
- Value
- Specify the value.
- Click SAVE.

To delete a record:
Note: You cannot delete a record if with an existing value in the Addenda Maintenance form.
- Select a line item from the Addenda Maintenance list.
- Select a line item from the Addenda Details list and click the lower DELETE button. Click SAVE.
The record is deleted from the Addenda Details list.
