Viewing VAT liabilities and VAT payments

Use the New Report Page to generate VAT liabilities or VAT payments from HMRC.

For VAT groups, only the assigned Main Accounting Entity can access and view VAT liabilities and VAT payments.

These output files will be generated:

  • Retrieve VAT Liabilities
  • Retrieve VAT Payments
  1. From the LSP Home page, select United Kingdom from the Accounting Entity list.
  2. Select MTDfV then click NEW REPORT.
  3. Specify this information:
    Action

    Select View VAT Payments or View VAT Liabilities.

    Date Range

    Specify a date range.

  4. Click Generate & Submit.
    Depending on the selected action, the VAT Liabilities window or the VAT Payments window is displayed.
  5. View the information for either VAT liabilities or VAT payments.
  6. Click Refresh.
  7. To download the report for either VAT liabilities or VAT payment, click EXPORT.
