Payment Method	For example: 01 - Cash, 02 - Cheque, 03 - Bank Transfer
State Code	For example: 00 - All States, 01 - Johor, 06 - Pahang
Tax Type	For example: 01 - Sales Tax, 03 - Tourism Tax, 04 - High Value Goods Tax
