Servicio de Administracion Tributaria (SAT) accounting information to be
filed with the Mexican tax administration includes these transactions in XML format:
- Chart of accounts (Catálogo Cuentas)
- Monthly trial balances (Balanzes Comprobación)
- Journal Entries (Polizas Periodo)
- Journal Auxilliary (Auxilliar CTAS)
These functions are enabled in the service:
- Defining each account by type
- Viewing trial balance figures
- Uploading CFDI XML for sales invoices, supplier invoices, payroll, and expenses
- Matching journals against the CFDI XML
- Submitting the data to SAT
- Add supplementary information against journals for payment transactions
