ISO20022 CAMT .053, CAMT .054 and SWIFT MT940 are used by Slovakian banks, including Citibank.
Local formats:
Homebanking (HB) SLSP is a format specific for Slovenská Sporiteľňa.

Almost every bank in Slovakia uses its own electronic banking formats. Although the standard SEPA applies, earlier local formats are required for all Non-EURO/IBAN transfers.
- SEPA format
The current version of the format used in Slovakia is SEPA pain.001.001.03.
- SWIFT format
SWIFT MT100 format is currently used by ING Bank.

Slovenska Sporitelna Foreign is a required format specific for Slovenská Sporiteľňa. VUB Banka Foreign is a required format specific for Vseobecna uverova banka.

Domestic payments
From 2014, domestic Euro credit transfers are migrated to SEPA credit transfers.
Debit Transfers
The current version of the format for debit transfers used in Slovakia is SEPA pain.008.001.02.
