The current version of the format for bank statement used in France is camt.053.001.02 andcamt.054.001.02.
Comité Français d'Organisation et de Normalisation Bancaires (CFONB) is the group responsible for all banking standards in France. CFONB120 is the local format used for French Bank Statement.

ETEBAC (also known as CFONB160) is the France local format for domestic payments, while ETEBET (CFONB320) is the local format for international payments.
For credit transfers, the CFONB format is no longer supported for Euro payments within the SEPA area except for International payments effective 2014.

The current version of the message format for debit transfer used in France is pain.008.001.02.
For direct debit transactions, the ETEBPR (also known as CFONB160) format is no longer supported effective 2014.
Legacy formats are replaced by SEPA pain.008.001.02.
