Connectivity

This appendix outlines which connectivity types are supported by which functions.
Note: 
  • See your ERP's documentation or the Infor Localization Services Platform Configuration and Administration Guide to see which type of connectivity is supported for which function.
  • Customers must arrange their own accounts where the solution includes connection to a third party agency. The service level required depends on the scope of the solution supported by your ERP. See their documentation for more details.
  • The keys which enable registration to the PEPPOL network for Access Point eInvoices are automatically provided in the multitenant cloud.

Connectivity by request

Our strategy for connectivity is that we will provide a solution where it is within our means to do so. Quite often we do not have a direct relationship with the government or agency, therefore we need to wait until a customer is willing to work with us to round out the connectivity solution. If we do not provide the connectivity you require, raise an enhancement request in the Infor Support Portal so that we can review your requirements.
