Background Task History

This function allows the user to view the status of background tasks.

  1. Select Utilities > Background Task History.
    These details are displayed:
    Field Note
    Task Description Provides a brief description of the selected task.
    Error message Displays the error from the task.
    Return status Displays the status of the selected task.
    Status information Displays the date and time of when the task was submitted, started, and completed.
    Task Name Displays the name of the task.
  2. To access additional functions, right-click on any blank space in the form.
    These functions are available:
    Field Note
    Refresh Refreshes the status of all records from the list.
    Refresh current Refreshes the status of the selected record.
    Filter Provides a built-in filter functionality. Alternatively, pressing F4 enables you to filter in place.
    Get More Rows Loads an additional 200 records from the initial 200.
    To Excel Exports the records into a spreadsheet.
